Business Continuity Plan

ISU-The Olson Duncan Agency has developed a plan on how we will respond to events that significantly disrupt our business. The plan developed in conjunction with Agility Recovery Solutions (www.agilityrecovery.com) provides a comprehensive response to recover and resume our business operations. The plan is designed to return us to business within forty-eight (48) hours of a major disaster.

The plan includes the following:

1. A mobile office facility ready to get our people back to work until our permanent facility is back on-line.
2. Satellite voice and internet capability which allows you to call our existing telephone and fax numbers as well as contacting us through email.
3. Emergency power generators at our disposal.
4. Quick ship hardware including servers, desktops, routers and software.
5. A complete data back-up including ready to load procedures for our agency management software vendor.
6. A comprehensive "Road to Recovery" plan document including all necessary informational lists and contacts to transition as smoothly as possible.
