Mark F. Duncan, CPCU is the President of ISU-The Olson Duncan Agency.

Mark grew up in the South Bay and went to South Torrance High School. Mark received his formal education from Loyola Marymount University where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in marketing.

Mark began his career at ISU-The Olson Duncan Agency in 2000.

Mark holds insurance licenses for both Property & Casualty and Life & Health. He has been recognized by the American Institute for Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters for fulfilling the conditions of eligibility, passing the entire series of examinations, and satisfying the insurance experience and ethics requirements as prescribed by the Institute, therefore being awarded the designation of Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter, CPCU.

Mark has a heart and passion for his community and church. He and his wife Heidi live in Torrance and have two beautiful children, Carli and Will.
