David L. Wellfare is Personal Lines Manager at ISU-The Olson Duncan Agency.

Dave has over 30 years experience in the insurance industry. He is Past-President of the Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of Orange County and had been elected to their Hall of Fame. He holds a BA from Michigan State University and Masters of Business Administration from Eastern Michigan University.

In addition to his insurance involvement, Dave was treasurer for 14 years of the Santa Ana Kiwanis Club and for his dedication to Kiwanis was honored with a lifetime membership in Kiwanis International. Dave resides in the South Bay area with his wife Georgeann and has two children.
