William F. Duncan, CPCU is President of ISU-The Olson Duncan Agency.

Bill received his formal education from the University of Cincinnati where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with majors in both marketing and insurance.

The Insurance Institute of America, awarded him a certificate for successfully passing the required exams in General Insurance. The American Institute for Property and Liability Underwriters, awarded him the designation of Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter, CPCU.

Bill's insurance career began in the Home Office Underwriting training program of the Ohio Casualty Insurance Group. He spent ten years with Ohio Casualty serving in various underwriting and management positions.

In 1981, he founded what is now, ISU-The Olson Duncan Agency.

Bill is a member of the local CPCU chapter. He is a past President of the South Bay Chapter of the Independent Brokers Association of the West (IBA-West) In addition to his insurance activities, Bill is a past Kiwanis Club President and is active in his local church.

Bill is married. He and his wife, Debbie, have four children.
