I was in a very tumultuous relationship with my previous broker of 10 years.  It was Horrendous with a capital T!  There's no T in horrendous?  Well there should be.  Anyway my broker would not return my calls; my insurance was being cancelled; the insurance company would NOT help me; the Regional Center ( side bar:  My company teaches Developmentally Disabled Adults how to live in society), whom I received contracts from for the past 34 years had not paid me in 9 months..? Needless to say I was in a fight and my Faith was being tested. I asked God for help and in rode Andrew Padilia.  On a white horse?  I don't know.  What I do know is that he helped me to get a new broker, straighten out my insurance and this was all within a span of 5 months.  He could have done like others did and not assist me.  But he DID! We switched our homeowners and auto policys to Olson/Duncan a few years ago and were so impressed with the service that we switched our business policy as well. I received an email from Desire a few months ago out of the blue about how to save more money on our auto policy.  I gave her the information and received a refund check for $182.00 a few weeks later. She is just the best!  Dan has been a big help as well handling our business liability problem. And, any time I call them, a human being answers the phone rather than those frustrating automatic systems.    If I have a question, they have always called back promptly.
